Key Principles

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, browsing, or using the rrr5 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

rrr5 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these terms at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 2. Eligibility Requirements

3. Account Registration & Verification

Registration requires submission of accurate and complete personal information. rrr5 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on rrr5. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared devices — is a violation of these terms and will result in:

• Permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals across all accounts.
• Potential reporting of the activity to fraud prevention and law enforcement bodies.

KYC Verification

rrr5 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your account's active period. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Conditions

• Deposits are credited to your account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and must be made using payment methods registered in your own name only.

• Deposits made using bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed in accordance with the respective provider's transaction limits and Bangladesh Bank regulations.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC completion and must be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. The following conditions also apply:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to downloading, copying, or reverse-engineering any part of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rrr5 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure.

rrr5 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and accept full personal responsibility for all wagers placed.
